Carlos Gustavo Lee was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Korean parents, where he started persuing his obsession with visual artwork at an early age.

In the year 1999 he caught a flight to New York City to engage in the wealth of a new studio environment and a fresh cultural dynamic. Carlos dedicated years of his life to a formal training with an uncommon fusion of focus; his studies have centered on a careful balance of both illustration and design. Coming from his unique background, Carlos has achieved a synthesis that brings together the warm colors of his childhood with the aggressive lines of urban design. Never satisfied with conventional artwork, Carlos has made it a personal goal to his seek out talented artists of any field to collaborate philosophies and develop new standards. Given his history, his method, his intuition and his skills, Carlos has developed an inimitable approach to his passion: art.
